You Are The Path To Yourself
Ready to actively engage in your healing process?
Have a desire to let go of your stories and beliefs?
Want to live in alignment with your personal growth?
If you answered yes, let’s begin the journey together.
our essential nature is what is alive in you in every moment, from the most painful trauma to the most profound peace. One of the most liberating perceptions is to see this directly: that you are worthy, and profound; a radiant expression of reality.
In working with Wendy you will be supported to hold yourself with kindness, to move towards your edges with curiosity and compassion. As you each bring your experience and expertise to the therapeutic relationship, you will co-create the template for your healing journey. Wendy will teach you how to connect to your particular inner guidance, thereby developing trust in yourself, your truth, and how you want to share this with the world. You will learn to feel safe investigating intense emotions with fluidity, intimate attention, and playfulness.
Never underestimate the power of creativity and play on the healing journey!
Wendy welcomes whatever shows up during each session, and invites you to do the same. She draws from clinical and spiritual frameworks, including Buddhist and Yogic Psychology, and the Diamond Approach, a path synthesizing psychology and spirituality. With psychodynamic underpinnings, she is trained in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family System’s, and EMDR, all of which she highly regards and utilizes as appropriate throughout the process.
“Tell me, what do you plan to do with your one, wild, precious life?”

Testimonials
“I have struggled with an eating disorder for over twenty years now. I met Wendy about seven years ago and through our journey together, I was able to conquer this illness and become stable on medications that actually yielded a positive outcome. Prior to meeting Wendy, I had seen several therapists, but none were able truly help me conquer this disease. Ironically, a good male friend of mine found her after doing much research on therapists who specialize in eating disorders. Wendy was located an hour from where I live, so initially I didn’t think it would workout due to the travel constraints. However, we connected right from the start on a very spiritually basis, so I made the hour drive back and forth every week for years to work with her. During this period, we worked on spiritual growth, EMDR, learning to love myself, and what the real issue was behind ED. ”
“I am at a stage and place in my life where I want and choose to actively engage in the healing process of my journey. I chose to engage in therapy not because I still felt as if something was wrong with me, but rather I suspected something was actually quite lovely and right. I am also a spiritual practitioner and a person who understands that my psychological history is part of my spiritual nature and that engaging in this work would allow me to open the door to a deeper connection with spirit. For these reasons, I chose to seek out a knowledgeable and skilled therapeutic professional versed in spirituality and the spiritual dimension of life, who could engage and collaborate with me on my pathway of discovery. I am deeply grateful to Wendy and the work that we have been able to do together.”
“I sought out Wendy after my father passed away in 2019. She has helped me move through my grief and process the loss. She is fully engaged in our sessions and I found it easy to grow mutual trust. Wendy has been instrumental in strengthening my self-love and self-confidence. She looks through a holistic lens, understanding the connection between body, mind, and spirit. It is through this aligned view that she has helped me grow and develop a better sense of self in this new chapter of my life.”
“Wendy is a fabulous therapist. I came to her at the lowest point in my life. Although I have been a shamanic healer, coach, and guide for others for over 15 years, I found myself in such intense physical pain that it left me unable to care for myself on basic levels. I had searched for answers but there was little physical cause of my pain and insomnia. I began the work of unraveling what could be the psycho-spiritual cause of what felt like a life-threatening situation. Wendy was a key person in supporting me to rise out of the darkness – with gentleness , persistence, and calm – helped me to re-access my own power in a wise and somatic way. She helped me connect with and tenderly embrace my most wounded parts, and to directly re-experience my beauty and purpose, thus helping me restore my faith in myself and what I am here on Earth to do. I will always be grateful for her love and support.”
