Spiritual Guidance
Spiritual guidance gives you the opportunity to inquire into the questions, longings, doubts, and fears that arise in a spiritual search. A spiritual guide or mentor is someone who is open to all traditions and orientations without inserting their own into the process. Their purpose is to serve you in your particular calling to know the truth, and to help you navigate what appears along the way.

Testimonials
“I have done a series of pranayama breath meditations with Wendy. I have wanted to learn breathing techniques for both a sinus condition and also to feel more alive in my body.
Wendy has led me through different styles of breath work with meditation and mudras. She is clear and supportive in working with my posture and my patterns of breathing. She is present and patient, and her voice is soothing and clear. She has knowledge of how the various breath techniques support both my physical and energy body.
My sinus condition has cleared up and I have more aliveness in my whole body, particularly in the chest area where I have experienced some numbness. I’ve been able to create a template to do the pranayama at home, and consult with her when needed and to expand my practice. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to work with their breath for health, and energetic and emotional vitality.”
“For a long time I searched for the way to join my love of yoga with my need for emotional healing. After my first session with Wendy I knew I had found someone to support me on this path. She has been a steady and compassionate guide, keeping me grounded and inviting me to me connect with all the parts of myself, even those I reject or can’t access easily. She truly listens and tailors my yoga sessions to where I am not where she thinks I should be. It’s clear that she walks her talk, something I need in a yoga teacher. With Wendy’s support, I look forward to continuing this journey of integration and inner peace.”
